A rather late start to the new year.

It has been a long time but hopefully I am now back online and blogging. Personally I don’t go in for new years resolutions but the new year did seem a good time to start a new blogging adventure. Sadly life got in the way and the return has been somewhat delayed.

At the moment I am working on a couple of new show quilts, whcih I want to have finished in time for the quilt show in Trondheim next month. I would love to have 3 new pieces there fingers crossed things work out.

This month I have a couple of workshops coming up at Patchwork Corner. Machine Quilting 1 which is a day class to get you started quilting on your domestic machine. The second class is Modern Bargello. This is the first of 2 days where we will be making a bargello styled quilt. Every student will make a unique piece using basic piecing techniques. I will try and get a photo posted which might give you an idea but be sure each will be totally different.
