The middle is nigh

Maybe it doesn't quite have the same ring as the end is nigh, but I think it is pretty cool. This is the monster quilt and that really is the middle. I've been working from the bottom up doing the fill quilting, and I don't get to roll on much so milestones become way more important. I still haven't done all the filling and there will probably a third pass, but it is coming along.
That fuschia is just delicious to look at…I adore it. I cannot wait to see this finished.

Yup, it is a custom dyed piece, it's all one cloth 140 x 104, it was too nice to cut
